No Refund Policy for Training Sessions

 

All sales for training sessions, programs, packages, camps, and clinics are final. Due to limited space, scheduled staffing, and advance planning, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

    •    Schedule conflicts

    •    Missed sessions

    •    Illness or injury

    •    Change of interest

    •    Weather (if indoor alternative or reschedule is offered)

 

Rescheduling & Make-Ups

 

If available, rescheduling or make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the trainer and are not guaranteed. Credits are not issued.

 

Cancellations by Espy Performance

In the rare event that a session is cancelled by us, we will provide either:

    •    A rescheduled session, or

    •    A session credit of equal value

 

Non-Transferable

 

Sessions, packages, and payments may not be transferred to another person or season unless explicitly approved.
